Sometime in the 40s-50s a janitor at this women's institution murdered several patients and staff before being subdued by police. It's said he carried the bodies to a near by dock and threw several into the water. Only a foundation, dock and small forest remain of the old grounds. Some report being grabbed by some unseen force around the ankles, small scratches sometimes appear after these incidents. Footsteps and a woman or child crying can also be heard. Natives to Rainer Ave won't go near the grounds.
